Need Help On Deciding On A Chip

I drive a 1997 m3.

Im debating between


CAI
Chip
UUC EVO3......



I can not decide.

Help with people that have experiance.

Pros to UUC evo3: All feel it everyday, not just when im pushing it
Cons to UUC evo3: No power increase at all. ghead

Pros to CAI: all here it, and get 5-7hp lil more pep.
cons: I here it makes the OBD11 more of a bitch to work with sending out codes right and left

Pros to Chip:be able to go faster than 142 which I cut off at last weekend.
Get some more Rpm's
Cons: my car wont be stock anymore

I bought a chip for my 3 series(non m3) and love it. I can feel a difference in acceleration(more than you would get from a CAI), and trust me the higher rpms is a good thing(lots of fun, potential for lots of trouble though too). Oh yeah, I got the Conforti chip from turnermotorsport.com. Look in product review section for a review.
