Maybe do an engine check, it can say something about your problem. I also go for a bad brake sensor, it's the most common problem from the ABS system. Otherwise I have no idea what it is. Let it check by the BMW dealer, safety first!

It was infact a bad ABS sensor. Thing costs like 190$ Can.
The stealer even washed the car after....even though they never asked us...
It looks ok...but they basically just washed the paint...didn't really scrub my wheels!!

Though one thing I noticed...it's like if they didn't jack the car up right or something...on both side skirts near the front tire somewhat below the rear view mirrors the side skirt had "popped out" I just went out to dry the door sills and noticed it...just pushed em back in and they snapped right in place...but I find it weird that it did that.
Is it really because they might of jacked it badly? I don't know.
