| My M5 has developed an annoying problem. Every so often when I come to a stop ie. a junction, roundabout etc and I dip the clutch and am about the stop, the car dies. Have taken to BMW and given that its an intermittent fault that they have been unable to recreate - they have been unhelpful. They have suggested resetting the throtels which is a £400 plus job. Obvioulsy I dont want to spend money if it wont cure the problem so was wondering if anyone else had come across this or if anyone has any ideas? |
