Looking to put some 18s on my 99 M3. Found some 18x8 and 18x9s for a reasonable price. The have a 2" and 3" "dish", respectively. BBS style. However they have a 38mm offset, rather than the stock 42mm.
1. Will they work? I will likely put 235/40/18 and 255/35 18 on them.
2. How does 38mm vs 42 mm differ visually. Do the 38mm "stick in" more or "stick out" more?
