bullerc is an unknown quantity at this point
can anyone tell me if I can fit 245x40x17 tyres to my 1994 M3. Struggling to get the standard 235x40x17 size.

45s will fit in the rear.. depending upon if you have different than stock wheels.. if you have stock.. they will fit nicely... not in the front though.. I'd say put a 225 up front...

Theres no such thing as a 94 M3. I think you better check out your cars identification # first to see if it is an M3, second, to see what year it is.

Ya know the 318 keys are so close to the M3 keys.

hi mate,
if you have an m3 with genuine bmw wheels then the tyres should be as follows. FRONT 225/45/zr17 REAR 245/40/zr 17. i had a 325i e36 (94) with genuine m3 wheels and these were the tyre sizes that were fitted with no problems. i now have an m3 (96) and the tyre fitment is the same. i find that pirelli p zeros are really good. Always get good tyres cos theres a lot of horsies tryin to put you round i a circle take it from someone who knows!!! good luck.
