Heyy wats up everyone i just signed up to this forum i just got my m3 its a 1998 sedan

im looking for a place to get a new front bumper i want the ones that look like the e46 bumpers if any ones where i can get one for chrap please let me know

Well first off congrats on the car.
If your going to get a e46 front bumper dont cheap out, otherwise it will look like swiss cheese in the next few months. Try Rieger Tuning. They make the originals good quality as well.

Not a bash but the bumper will look very out of place on the E36, its rounded your cars boxed. I wanted it when I got my M as well. I suggest adding a lip or save up money for a Zeemax body kit which I personally love.

well here's my problem i went to a shop with intentions of buying the Rieger front bumper, the guy told me it fits like ass and that i'd like this other one he sells more. problem is now that i've seen it it's the ugliest thing i've ever seen.



the gap where i'm supposed to put the licence plate makes the whole front end look like ca-ca. the gap takes all the smoothness out of the bumper. but i agree the Rieger bumper looks bloated and has certain undesirable gaps under the headlights. so my question is what are any of the other brand of e46 type bumpers other than the ugly one i got talked into and the Rieger. by the way, i'm thinking i'm going to sell this bumper if anyone is interested...i'll keep people posted.

why mess with perfection? changing the front is going to make it look like ass no matter what kind of aftermarket crap you slap on there...plus it wont match the rest of your car.
