M3 s50 Camshaft

I everybody! (i speak french)

I have a e34 525i 1995 and I want to remplace my camshaft for a M3 Camshaft, I can get it for 250$(canadien) in used... I don't know if it's too expensve or if it's cheap, please help me!

I've seen both go for about 400 USD; are you buying one or both? That will decide whether it's a good deal or not.

do you have to reflash the ECU for switching cams?

i would think so, because the intake and exhaust timing is different...right?
