M3 I Found for sale, What do you guys think?

So I found a 1997 Cosmos M3 Coupe with Vaders and a M/T
It has 209K and a clean title
The lady wants 5K for it

I went and looked at it and here are the problems I found

timing chain 59.99
driver door moulding 57.75
front bumper moulding 20.65
fog lamp 78.96ea
head lamp 186.09ea
turn signals No Price
rr window gasket 67.80
roof ledge 36.83
hood shocks 100.00
ps rack 675.18
ps pump w/gasket 347.08+35.43
hydraulic valve lifter 30.97ea
suspension 1400.00
belts 27.34+37.78
obc 672.39
hazard switch 32
radio 167.40
window regulator 95.98
front brakes 168.52x2
rear brakes 135.04x2
front pads 102.39
rear pads 77.84

5894.33 w/o tires and a/c (not sure the problem yet, think it's the expansion valve)

These prices are retail and I worked for the dealer. So I can get better pricing and I have the work space and tools.

I am thinking of offering $2500

Yay or Nay?

only if you get it for 2500 would i say yay, being an m3 that engine is high strung from the factory and it's bound to be a little tired by now, even if matinence has always been done correctly. honestly it sounds like a decent car if you are nit picking such small things as problems.

ps. dont spend 1400 on a stock suspension, you know you can do better for that kind of money...
