I RECENTLY BOUGHT MY M3, AND WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING SOME AFTERMARKET PARTS. I AM NOT SURE ABOUT WHAT TO DO FIRST. BUT I WAS THINKING OF PUTTING IN A CHIP. WHAT KIND DO YOU RECOMEND? OR SHOULD I DO SOMETHING ELSE FIRST?
umm to be quite honest im not as smart about e46's as i am e36's but i know wi ththe e36 atleast an exhuast system and an intake will make your chip fucntion a lot better! so maybe look into those first?
A Chip is not a reality on your car as the ECU has to be reprogrammed (a matter of semantics) unlike my E32 where I can plug and play a chip. I would check with CONFORTI or perhaps BAVAUTO for their reprogamming device for your car.
