I remember reading about this particular model of M3, known as CSL. I skimmed through a road and track magazine that talked about it. I remember it saying something about being made out of lightweight material that is suppose to reduce the gross weight of the car. Other than that, is there anything else special? I noticed the body is identical as the current m3 models. On another note, do you guys think the current M3 body style should change? Personally, I don't really like how the new model bmws are looking. It's losing it's traditional style that I have grown fond of. IE the new 7 series. Personally, I think they should stick with the current body design. I like it a lot.

the CSL is an M3 which is quite a lot more expensive than a regular M3, it is lighter and has more power, and the colour is like a platinum (exclusive to the CSL)
the current M3 looks awesome. and i as well am worried to see what the new M3 style will look like. i know that BMW loves to up power in there cars. and that might be very exciting but as far as asthetics go......well look at the new 7 and 5 series.
lotsa carbon fiber....super light wheels, stripped down, only has MANUAL air conditioning (like knobs, not climate control)....smg...drivers seats...i forget what else, but it has like 375hp?
as for the styling of new bmw's, you have an E46! that's a new style. and i like the 7 more and more every day. yeah they might not look so great (new 5 series) but i wouldn't mind driving a 745 or a new 545 with a 6 speed manual

looooks like a regular 3 series. and i LOVE those rims! they look great. that SMG has to go, and that car is begging for a 3rd pedal.

I think it is called Acalantra or something. I dont know if it is real sueade, but it looks like it would be perfect for wrapping a steering wheel with. I would like to do that to my steering wheel when I get my car back, pending on how much the material costs.
