dinan is just a gutted stock exhaust, get an aa or uuc exhaust, AA is a very reputable bmw tuner that has been in the business for years, there stuff isn't crap, the uuc exhaust i've never heard anything bad about it, either of those two will give you a non-rice sound, but no exhaust is going to give you big hp gains

Unfortunately, you are paying for a bit of weight savings and a cool sound.
Bad hp value for the buck, BMW really knows what they are doing when it comes to exhaust!
Actually the Active Autowerke exhaust is very loud. I know an individual who took his Active Autowerke exhaust off and put back his OEM exhaust, because it was way too loud.
If you want a really good sounding exhaust, I'd recommened going with an Eisenmann Race Exhaust. Feel free to go to www.klangford.com to hear sound clips of various exhausts on E46 M3 vehicles.

What I care about most is the sound and not loosing power. I just want to know which exhaust will sound the best and meanest. UUC system U, Supersprint, HIOP/Evosport, and B&B Tri-Flo exhausts are what im really looking at. I KNOW ABOUT THE EUROPEAN CAR TEST AND SHOUND CLIPS. But those sound clips suck and you cant go by those. So if anyone owns the above exhausts tell me what you really think. OR which is the best.

Well, the Eisenmann exhaust is what you want. There are 3 different levels of the Eisenmann exhaust. There is the Sport version, Race version, & Meisterschaft version. The exhausts are listed from most quiet to loudest, respectively.
However, the Meisterschaft exhaust comes with a Titanium tip finish - a blueish tip. Exhaust is very expensive & VERY VERY loud. If you want to save your money, you can go with the Eisenmann Race Exhaust + the Section 1 & 2 midpipes.
If you're interested let me know, I can sell you a brand new Eisenmann Race exhaust for $1425 shipped. Retail is $1600 shipped. Their site is: www.eisenhaus.com

Not sure how Supersprint is, since I don't deal with them. However, Eisenmann is the opposite, good at low end, but once you reach the higher RPMs it'll definetly scream. If you're interested in a unit, let me know.
