Fathom this, and tell me what would/even could outperform it...

2004 BMW E60 M5 CSL. Just imagine the possibilities. The perfection of the new E60, yet taking that technology even further. Lighter, stronger, more agile, more intelligent...A juicy V10 5.8 litre pushing out (at minimum) 600 horses of MPower. This car would be perfect. Luxurious, Intelligent, Beautiful, Impressive...Striking to say the least. Perfect balance, and handling...fully equipped stereo...5-point ///M seatbelts, wow. one word...UNFATHOMABLE. Let's get a petition going.

the one reason they wouldnt do it is because all csl cars are made with weight in mind. luxury weighs a lot. they couldnt bring out a non-luxurious m5. thats the reason it wouldnt happen

Listen to the ///man.... Weight/power is the holy grail... next to flex and profile..

The real truth though.... Most of us out here will NEVER even come close to exercising the true abilities of the autos we have today.

I used to think I was good until I spent a week with the pros tuning up for the season. There was a whole other car still left in the one I was driving.

So for most of us an M5 CSL would be above plenty... weight and amenities included...
