... So I got a 1998 M3 sedan with the stock 17" wheels.
Well, not anymore. My left rear wheel decided it didn't like the bmw blue and white checkered circle on it anymore!
Short of using the spare and some superglue, is there a way I can get this symbol into the divot from whence it came? Mind you, I don't know where the actual symbol is - I'd need to purchase a new one... Has this ever happened? How much does this cost? What kind of fastener (glue? Metal?) do I use?!? AHAHAHAH It looks silly...
Hmm... are these the same thing essentially? Will it be difficult to remove the (for lack of a better term) plastic plug that anchored the previous symbol to my wheel?
... Or should I have a trained professional do this...
Okay, I had done a search for roundels, and someone had previously issued complaints about mounting a trunk lid roundel - that wasn'ta sticker. Yeah, fi the wheel things are stickers, I'll be the first one to admit that my question was definitely a naive one. Thanks guys for the help! I'll get'er'done Tomorrow!
You weren't overly sarcastic. I genuinely feel dumb . I didn't do a search for tires; which may have been how I missed it. I thought I'd trim the results of my search if I left out "tire" and "wheel"... Which I thought would have left me with a lot of irrelevant results.

oops, don't know what happened, but anyway...
Ok 4evr, I as well have a 98 sedan (M3) not that it matters. I lost a center cap on one of my rims about 2 weeks ago. The roundel fell off and the grey center cap part was still on. Do what I did...go to the dealer and buy a new one.
I paid $3.00 and change for a new center cap. Pop the old cap out with a flat head screwdriver and slap the new one in. And here is a neat geez whiz fact on these caps. The original cap had the blue/white roundel glued to it. The new ones have been updated with a clip setup on the back so that they won't fall off like the old ones. So for the price, don't think twice!
I don't know... $3.00 is a lot...
J/k
Yeah, I'll stop by the dealer tomorrow and get it done, I had some qualms yesterday because my friend was telling me that those things cost like $50?!? I was thinking, "uh, no? For a sticker?" Well, granted, it's more than just a sticker, but...
Anyway. I'll be accepting price ranges from $3-$15... Other than that i'll just throw duct tape on the entire wheel. Yeah.
Thakns for your help guys.
