How much should I pay--2004 M3 Private Seller?

I am looking for some expert/legitimate opinions about how much I should realistically pay for a 2004 M3 from a private seller with the details below:

-2004 M3 Coupe
-Black exterior/Black interior
-about 30,000 miles
-manual transmission
-harmon/kardon
-Xenon headlamps
-Power seats, mirrors, windows
-19" wheels
-extended warrantee until Aug 2010
-great condition
-parking sensors
-sunroof/moonroof
-CD player
