Depends on which service:

Oil Service only

Inspection I

Inspection II

Just ring your local BMW specialist or dealer, dont go to a back street garage with a BMW.

Inspection II

5. Cooling System Service (Replace coolant every 3 years (time interval begins from the vehicles production date)

6. Oxygen Sensor Service (Replace Oxygen Sensor every 100,000 miles)

All dealers charge different rates, so best to ring around, also if parts are found defective on the inspection they are replaced and you are charged + the initial charge for the inspection. A lot of people DIY due to the costs or use BMW specialists.
