How do I close windows without power?

Ok, so we pulled the motor and harness out of the 318i a few weeks ago, in preperation of the M conversion. Accidentally left the front windows down. Is there a way to roll the windows back up manually, similar to how you can close the sunroof manually with a torx driver? Or can I disconnect the window motors and apply power to a certain lead to get them to go up? Help! My car is filling up with Las Vegas dust. And yes, I know, get a car cover...

get one of those covers they put over broken glass after crashes. Not sure about hotwiring it though

remove the door panel and remove the window motor, then you will be able to manually run the window up.
