help with wheel offset

i have a set of nice winter 17 inch wheels from e46 330i. the wheels will clear calipers on the e46 m3, however offsets are different (in the back m3 is 26, 330 is 47).

can i fit the front ok (it should be the same)?

can i use a spacer on the back (or is the offset in the opposite direction)?

The back would need 20 mm spacers. That's pretty big spacers.
