Im so sorry about this but i just needed to get it out...i was sitting around thinkig of some rims...which brought m e to the thought of alpina...

New M5...std 500hp with 500nm...
give that to alpina and let them toy with it...then add an dinan to it...
they get 500hp out of a 333 hp car with a V8...just think of what they can do with a 500hp V10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just hink of racing and then psuhing it to leave those ferarris miles behind...
i dont know if its possible to put both turbo and super...but if possible...i dont even want to think about it becouse im allready in exstacy...

i guess that would be possible but it would be extra work, i think that engine is probably already tuned to the max, but twin turbos wouldn't hurt, maybe they could get it close to SL600 AMG performance, man that is my dream car, twin tubo v12, 600 some odd horsepower, that thing will beat any ferrari or lambo easy.

what the hell are you talking about, where are you getting these numbers are you making them up??

both manual and smg m3's have 333hp at the crank

i think the csl has 343hp at crank

let me clear it up...the B7 is a 7 series BMW with the largest engine...std the 745 has 333bhp and the alpina version 500bhp

The figures are from Parkers guide ( the uk car buyers bible)

Also remember (as I found out the other day) The US and euro specs are usually different. Euro = more HP.

the e46 m3 is the same in europe as it is in the us, except we don't get the csl here in the u.s. trust me those numbers are wrong the parkers made a mistake, every one knows that the type of tranny has nothing to do with the horsepower

Oh and the biggest 7 series is a 760 with a 6 liter v12 pushing 438 hp.

I only state the figures I read - goto www.parkers.co.uk select "Reviews" along the top then technical down the left. From here you can check the stats for all euro cars.

If they're wrong I'm sorry, but they're supposed to be a professional outfit so they should know their stuff.
