For the E46 M3, which ECU upgrade won't void the factory warranty??? As for the exhaust, I heard Remus makes amazinggggg exhausts, and they sound quite good

Dinan parts are fully factory warrented and sold through authorized dealers. You may want to double check this but I feel reasonably sure this is correct.

you already are gonna have a great sounding exhaust. you also are gonna have 333hp and a 8k rpm redline, so why do you want a chip? if you do that much stop light drag racing your car probably wont be around for very long

Your probably right, but I just wanted to know. I'm not ordering my car until march anyways so I'll let you guys know when I get it.
