Recently the diff in my 1997 M3 has been getting a bit noisy on float ( ie not accelleration or deceleration). It is worst at about 90 k/h, if you push the clutch in and just let it roll along the whine is quite loud, and very annoying.

Has anyone else had this issue and what was the solution??

Mick.
