E36 Engine Transplant

Will an e30 shell cope with the weight and power of an e36 engine without any strengthening. Its a 1987 model

Yes.. it should.. I would try and add some good mounts and find maybe an extra spot to mount another in the engine bay.. its been done before.. search google for a while.. you are bound to find something..


What kind of engine.. which one???

Alright Les. Its an m3 evo engine (321 bhp) with the 6 speed box and running gear as well being put into the e30
