I am close to buying a '98 E36 M3 coupe, and was wondering if there are any well-known problems that I should be aware of? The car has 46K miles and hasn't given the owner a minute of grief. Thanks for any assistance --
Plastic water pump fins. Not that you can do anything about it to prevent it from breaking but you need to replace them.
