coupe is more of a sporty type, the sedan is a family car with a beasty setup, follow your needs

BaLLZacK has a little shameless behaviour in the past
other than looks, the Sedan is sportier because it has stiffer ride than the 2dr, also has 3 brace points rather then 2 in the coupe, also all Euro e36 touring cars are 4dr..... and IMO the 2dr and 4dr pretty much look the same.

4dr all the way

Even though I voted a coupe, I own a sedan... mainly because I'd like to have a change of pace with my BMW,

I like the look of coupes and dont have a need for 2 more doors therefore coupe was my choice, if you have kids or your always hauling people around get a 4 door they are both the same car.

Almost the same car but the 4dr is a sportier than the 2dr cause of the suspension being stiffer.

I find that a M3 is about the sport and would much prefer to use it for that. Also, im 18 and am probably goign to change my mind by the time I hit the ancient age of 30.

4-door M3's dont really turn me on-get a coupe M3 or an M5 if you need the space.
