building 95 m3

[95m3driva]

i will be getting my car at the end of this week, around may 1, and i want some suggestions of how i should start modifying it

1.cold air or ram with heat shield
2.headers?
3.what kind of chip? i always check out bavauto.com or bimmerworld.com(This will be my first modification)
4.I like the m3 staggered tip exhaust so i was thinking of keeping it stock(the car i have now is a 92 325is, it has m3 exhaust and it sounds nice)
5.Internals-far future
6.anything else i forgot
