How hard is it to install a new differential??? Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Houston Car: Posts: 2,053 Photos:	is the auto M3 a 4speed or a 5speed? if its a 4speed then the gearing is probably to high which would cause quicker shifts and lower top speed. do you know what you have on your 325? if you want better acceleration then just go for a diff thats slightly higher than what you have now
