Anyone know if there is an official price guide w/ options out yet for the upcoming, delicious, and jaw-dropping M5?? Also, interested to see if anyone's dropped any $$ for a deposit? And last, when are the first one's coming!!! used used
Hi. The new m5 has been spotted around my area a few times. A couple people here in palos verdes have them. They got them at about 140,000 out the door. It wont be around 100k till maybe next year. I remember when we purchased our e39 m5 it was marked up 30grand but we bought it the first week it came out. Right now only vip's can get a hold of the m5 even at the price of 140,000. Dont expect the price to lower soon because there are always people out there that will out bid you. have a nice day.
We don't have any information about the 2005 M5(s)
But a dr. here in town wants one as soon as possible. The sales guy said it would take 1 year for them to get to the US.
There are three BMW dealerships within a 20 mile radius and they pretty much have a stock inventory of 6-series coupe & convertibles. Prices seem to be comparable to what BMW's website "build your bmw" has.
I figure the M5s will be marked up for a premium, so I guess it depends on if you get lucky with a dealership.
Today we were guessing the price...the M5s today cost around $75K.....but with a new engine...7speed...and 500hp....we concluded more like $85-$90K....but not more than the 760Li/i.

a dealer in denville nj said theyre getting 2 in may, then 1 in june, then alternating between 2 and 1 every month and the manager told me that 12 people already put a down payment on it
