1995 M3 spark plugs

I have a 1995 M3 automatic( yes I know auto sucks but I did trade a 1993 325is 5 speed even up for this one) and was wondering what you guys have found to be the best plugs for this car. I have been told many things and the e36 forum has been a huge help in the past so I am asking your opinion

*tears* I have found my people...

My cars are, 1989 Mustang GT 5.0 Modular, 1989 LS-2 Camaro IROC-Z, 1996 M3 E36, and 1997 M3 E36. Stock is slow, and cars are meant to go fast enless you drive a civic.
