Just want to let everyone out there in BMW land that my car is for sale. Its a 1988 DINAN M5 Stroker. That is correct "stroker" lengthens the stroke or the distance that the piston travels in the cylinder. The way that is done is by shorter connecting rods. The further it goes down in the block, the more gas and air can be let in. I am wondering what the compression ratio is now that he changed it to a stroker motor. Can you still run the car on pump gas or do you have to get high octane now.
used Are BMW motors all rollor (rocker arms/push rods have little wheels that reduce friction and don't rob hp) or not?
