Upgrade performance

Hello, I just found this BMW Performance Chips - Bimmer ECU Chips today on the internet. Can anyone of you tell me if they are worth to buy, anyone had any experience with these?

Personally, I would AVOID it... A re-map is much better but costs a hell of a lot more...
You can get a 3 dollar diode to do the same trick as the above item LOL

With the diodes I did... They just "Fool" the ECU into thinking that the engine is cold and fuel it accordingly... Ignore the MPG gains as there are none, more like worse !!
Like I said, a re-map is much safer and the rewards too !!

Upgrade ECU....?

Hey im considering redesigning my 93' 325i chip and i was pondering the impacts chips have on mileage.. and also what the best chip for my e36 could be?
