Idk if any of you guys remember me I've kind of ventured off but here's what I've been tooling around with over the last 6 months=)
Most of you know me. some of you may not. Most have seen the car minus all the goodies but next time you see it .. It will be a little different.
OBDI s50
.140 MLS HG
ARP Studs
Full 60-1 p-trim, .63 a/r, TO4s
Spa Manifold
Tial 38mm Waste gate(.5 bar spring)
Manual Boost controller ( if it ever gets here)
Ebay Intercooler 31x24x3
Clutch Net Clutch
Knockoff HKS BOV-(we'll see how that goes)
TRM Remote Blow through tune
TRM Motor mount
Plan is to go full 3" exhaust all the way back.

GOAL- 400-450 whp at under 15 lbs

the goods

valve cover removed in prep for the head removal.

Head when it came back from the machinist. Valves were lapped as well as head was decked so the thicker headgasket would have a nice mateing surface. LEAKS ARE BAD

Block pistons and such after head removal

first look at turbo fitment before TRM motor mount was installed.

Aluminum bracket fabbed up for the intercooler

original fittment of the intercooler.

Elbow and BOV

After I moved it down 2 inches.

intercooler piping finished

BOV welded in and mounted.

second fitment and welded up piping installed.

clutch rated for 600 ft lbs

oil pan drilled and tapped with fitting installed for oil return line.

Sorry I.kind of forgot about this.. motor has just over 90 k , I changed the valve retainers and went with the .140 now head gasket. the clutch I got from a guy on the bf.c for 300 with the flywheel. the clutch itself is probable going to be replaced but well see after she gets going. I'm currently waiting on my tax return to come so I can call.trm and get my tune

and yes I'm doing it on my own other than a little help from my uncle with welding the aluminum. Its been a journey to say the least = ) cant wait till I'm boiling tires !!!!!

You did a great post with supportive pictures but i thought these are not enough for newly person who have too much little knowledge about car parts. I'm try to find more about it with step by step pictures.
