yup ive seen this. trick is to wake up around 6 in the morning. haha joking. but really, all good tips. real help would be to get gas price down!! either way burn gas always and forever. in 30 years when everyone is in electrics and hybrids ill still be enjoying gas. and hopefully not at that much of an inflated price compared to now!!!!

.... I fill up at about 7am and dont let it get under 3/4- 5/8 a tank.... it is to hide what i'm actually spending on gas....

I wonder what would happen if everyone in the USA used the companies that weren't mid eastern for one week! That would be one hell of a dollar amount loss! I bet that they would look at things a bit differently!

I realize temperature affects volume, but I don't think the temperature of the fuel in that underground tank will rise that fast. Ground temperature is pretty constant once you get down a few feet. Most of the stations around here have canopies over the pump islands that shade most of the area where the tanks are buried. I think the temp change is greater in your tank than in the storage tank, just my $.02.
