Need help/info regarding coilover assembly

Hi.
I just bought a coilover kit from FK for my e36 coupe. And im having trouble installing the coilovers. When i got the package the front coilovers had 2 lug nuts on it. Do i screw them out and then add my bushing/top bearing? I screwed out the first lug nut(nr 1 on pic), but do i need to take of the lug nut nr 2? What order do i assemble the coilover and what must i use from my old spring sett?

The first lug nut its the locking nylon nut that will secure the coilover to the Front Shock Mount. The 2nd one is just a spacer to protect the coilover.

Just remember, #1 is a one time use item. If you ever have to remove it then you need to replace it with a new one.
