head light lens removal?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to take the headlight lens off of a 99' bmw 323i, i want to clean them and cant figure out how to even take them off.

any help would be AWESOME!!

They are most likely sun damaged. A good paint compound can remove the bad layers; car wax can be used to protect the good plastic underneath.
