THis is sort of a mini-project, just took me six hours, but i took some cool pictures so i figured i would share with all of you.
So anyway my back driver's side bearing went bad, and i didn't feel like changing out the bearing, because the DIY for the bearing swap scared me with all the weird tools i needed and stuff, so i decided just to yank the whole assembly out of my other wrecked E36 and just slap it in my green E36.
And it all worked out great, and it was big fun. here are some pictures.
My donor car
up on the jack (a log)
the junk ready to come out
...and it's out!!! (didn't take any pics of me working, no one helped me, my hands were too dirty to pick up the camera)
