Well i took my 1991 318i as far as it would go i think today. I was driving to work, and theres a huge staright away like 3 miles...and i was like ok, so i just floored it and took it up to 115 about and it kinda kept going but really slowly...so that was fun. Its a great rush. Did the same the way home
good stuff, but you should be able to go at least 120-125, my 91 318is did about 130-133 once i chipped it. di u have a chip? if not, i have a TMS conforti chip from that car if u r interested. it is just sitting here, pm/email me if ur interested. ill hook it up.
I really need to slow it down. I consistently hit 85-100 everyday driving home. 80 used to be fast enough, but latelt its just seems to slow. I catch myself riding peoples asses at 85 and don't even realize it.

el prez, i find myself in your situation a lot on the highway to... the Z4 is so low to the ground.. i often catch myself at 85 or 90 thinking im going about 70... all the cars in my rearview let me know to slow down
fastest ive evr taken any of my cars is the range rover lol. 110-115 on the way up to mammoth... then i hit a bird! car was fine, but bird... not soo good... well i cant wait for my porsche 997 carrera s to come. oo man 180mph top speeed w00t if i evr got a ticket for that ill get that bitch framed, (but ill prob be in jail also... oo welll)

hmm... i went 300km/hr in a guys porsche in germany once. he was driving. he got there in about 1/4 mile then got off the highway. that thing accelerated FAST!
in my volvo 850R i went 130, 110 in the 740i, 100 in the 99 grand cherokee, almost 100 in my 85 dodge ram (it was all over the road, ahaha) and 100 in my cousins motor home!

Damn, you need to move to GA. Atlanta has the fastest highways in the country. The average cruising speed is upwards of 90. Cops don't even bother looking twice at you if you're going less that like 100-110 on the freeway (which isn't very unusual).
