What makes a kill?

I thought perhaps people on this forum might have differing ideas on what constitutes a kill, and it would be interesting to hear; what do you believe makes a kill?
For instance: Does the 'victim' have to be someone looking for a race who lines up with you at a light, or runs with you from a rolling speed, or can it be, for example, an instance where you were merely rolling past someone on the highway who decides they don't want to be passed, and you are 'forced' to race them for their lane if you want it?

A kill is any win that is obvious and definite. does not matter how it starts, only how it ends.

I only count a race to be a "kill" if the other driver wanted to race you and then you absolutely embarrass them.
