So I was suppose to meet up with 2 other BMW's for a little caravn up to santa barbara(about 65 miles from our starting point), and only one showed, so we boned out, while I was on the talky, this GT3 comes up behind us and is like hauling, and my friend is like "dude screw checkin on our friend, lets go" and Im like "dude, just for 1 GT3, its nice and all but I-" then I hear this "VROOM VROOM -VROOM::sound of loud and fast cars passing::", and its all E36 and E46 and new 5's and M's and m'coupes all hauling ass, and im like "OH SHIT DUDE, WE JUST FOUND A FUCKIN CARAVAN ON THE WAY TO BIMMERFEST" and we didnt stop for our friend, and we stayed with this pack of about 30-35 cars. My god, I didnt see below 90mph at all, and hit 130 about 10 times, NO COPS IN SITE AT ALL.,
serving mania!, and guys fimling in the shotgun seat of all the cars like cray(got my car on cam a lot), everyone was givin me thumbs up cuz I was keepin up to them, then had numerous comments about me keepin up with everyone and the condition of my car, and how everyone likes my lisence plate, which really put a big smile on my face today.
It was so cool talkin to everyone at bimmerfest, all with a passion for cars like me, even if its just for show, it was still fun as hell.
I saw AZ325i there, that was cool. but 1985325e couldnt make it cuz of gay ass parent issues.
For those of you that didnt attend, and that live in SoCal, I plan on you coming to my May 15th event, look in E30 section for the directions.

I think they have 2, but I am not sure where the other one is.
Things like are what makes me want to host my own drives, cuz just driving in the caravan is tight

You can find out about quite a few bimmer events once you join BMW CCA!
You just have to get in touch with your local BMW CCA Chapter and they should have BMW events for you!
In CA, there are 5 Chapters (Alameda, LA, San Diego, Sacramento, and Fresno).
Numark318i - Where in Nothern Cali are you? I am associated with the Sacremento Valley Chapter of BMW CCA .... here is a link, check them out if you have time! Sac Valley BMW CCA :P
Maybe I will see you around sometime!
do you have to be 18 to join? because I know my dad belongs to that, and BMWSCCA, and I can drive on the track at 17 through one of the groups he belongs too, so I was wondering if I could be 17 and belong to BMW CCA?
