I swear to GOD this is real.... My school is kinda ghetto but their are a few nice cars.....

This senior got a evo 8 as a graduation present. His last car was a auto mustang GT. Im not friends wiht him but I know him... THE POINT IS he does not know to drive stick....

So after school we line up and im with my window down and I stare at his HIDEOUS wheels... once he saw me looking at his car he thought I wan't to race which i didn't cause I know his car is fast and mine just looks fast...

So at the light he completly floors it and drops the clutch and the car starts spinning like a a frsbee. So I KILLED THAT MFO

yea, even at a redline clutch drop, those tires arent gunna spin for long....

well... ive worked with these (not evos specifically but DSMs) and from experience ill tell you that they dont survive redline clutch drops. And you might think that because its AWD you want to get a awesome 4 or 6 puck clutch to grab, but the point is to buy a shitty organic clutch and a heavy ass pressure plate so if anything you just burn up your clutch. Because of stupidity i have replaced 4 transfer cases and 2 rear ends on them. Dumbass friends try to do a launch like they would in their old hondas and rev up like insane. End up breaking 2 axels 2 seperate times.

mmm it couldve been a evo lancer wannabe. its AWD design makes it almost near impossible to spin for longer than a second.
Even to do that, he'd have to redline the car and drop the clutch. And even if his car burned out, he'd still win.

So I dunno about this story.... good kill though.

IMO (logically), 4 things couldve happened:

1. He never raced you...just entertained you.
2. He stalled, restarted the car, and then peeled out
3. Its not the EVO 8...just a fake
4. You really won, but he started on 5th gear and not 1st (because he cant drive)

I say this because, its difficult to imagine a 13.4 second car losing to a stock 325, even with a bad driver.
My car (audi a4 quattro) is AWD and my room mates WRX is AWD....and its almost impossible to make the
wheels spin....and if i do, its literally a second or less.
