So I went to get the wife a V day gift. On the way home I am driving down the road and see a car come up on me relatively fast. Get to the next red light and I glance over and see it is a SER sentra. THe kid driving it evs his "engine" a few times and bounces off the clutch like he was trying to line up at a drag strip.
I hit the ACS button and wait for the green light.
Green, I give it a small amount of gas, let him get a little jump. run it to 3K rpms then decide to let him have it. WOT, shift to second, WOT, pass the ricer, hit third, there are already 5 -10 car lengths between us. WOT in third for a second and then I hit the brakes.
Ricer flyby about 5 seconds later.
SO I drive normal now, pass him on the right and give a wave as I go by, he stares stoically ahead. THere is a ramp to the highway on the right, I get on, he is all the way in the left lane, he suddenly jumps over onto the ramp behind me and rides my ass. There is a 35 degree turn then a straight and slight downhill to the highway, I let him ride for a moment and then go WOT on him. This was in first, tires screeched as they hunt for traction, the rear end fishtails a bit and then the Yokohamas dig in and the M3 puts a HUGE gap between us. I was running 110-120 when i hit the interstate, SER no where to be found. I think i saw his headlights back there trying in vain to catch up, but who know.
My friend riding shotgun made this comment, "Whats the SER stand for? Slow Economical Ride?"
Rack up another for the M3. Nothig too special but I thought it was worth mentioning.

yea at first i thought they were some what fast..then i was going home around 12 in the morning and come up against one on a red light..he glances then starts reving ..right when the green light flashes the moron is already burning out and takes off..i pretty much had a rolling start and when i hit 2nd gear i took him with ease...he was already reading my m3 badges
I raced a 74 volco 240 wagon and I beat it by a lot , felt nice, lol. I worked him badly. but then again, 74 240 wagon, LMAO. This guy pulled up next to me(I have an 89 325iS), he was in a brand new M3 with SMG(he goes to my school, so I know). And I rev my engine at him(knowing he will own me), he uses his launch mode thing, and I just stay at the stop sign and let him look like a retard, so to sum it up. I revved my engine, and he took off, i waited at the stop sign for a good 5 seconds after he left. I have nothing against M3's, this guy just thinks he is hot shit, but I just thought Id make him look like a retard, cuz he knows nothing of his car other then bhp(okay, this kid thinks that re-gearing his car to have a higher top speed gives him better acceleration ghead ). he got this car so that he is cool(still isnt). I basically won the race even though I didnt go anywhere, LMAO.

hey i have a 91 sentra se-r with right around 400hp as a toy. It only weighs 2200lbs too. When the new turbo is in it should run low 12s on street tires. Not all se-r's are slow. the 1991-92 are the fastest though.
i respect people who actually have something to prove, like your 12 sec se-r, but i hate those that got a stock car that runs 18s and they think they can beat a m5 or something.
ps. had a guy from my school that's got a v6 mustang 5speed want to race my 525i auto... and plus he thinks he is cool for having his parking permit taken away, so now he parks 5 blocks away

Got any pics of it? I'd like to see the motor of a 400HP Sentra! What kind of TQ does it lay down? What RPM does it hit it's peak power in HP and TQ? What's it's redline? What kind of turbo are you running in it? Lay out some details bro.

I am at work so i dont have any pics, but i do work at a performance car shop that does custom turbo kits.
Lets see i just removed the motor from the car to do some work on it, Metal throttle gaskets. But here are the specs as it is going back in the car for a race coming up.
