S4 Avant vs 760iL

I played golf today with the owner of my local bmw dealership....his normal car is a 745i with the newly released sport package, but he was driving a 760iL for the day. Naturally, i checked it out, it was awsome, but he told me to follow him back to the dealership (cause i had mentioned about getting a new car)...and on the way back, we rounded the corner onto the highway, he was in front, he nailed it as did I, and it was like we werent moving, the gap was still staying the same...i got him a hair when the 6spd auto shifted, but it was quick, i gained a hair, but since i was behind merging on, i was still behind. Those things are QUICK....we went back, did up some pricing for a 325 and a 330. I told him I was interested in the new 5er....and he said he'll call me the day one arrives.... hes an awsome guy, and switches cars like every 6th months, bmw's of course...since the release of the new 7, hes had a 745iL, M5, mini cooper s, and now the 745i sport

yea this guy in my neighborhood is the doctor for this guy who owns a few bmw places, and the doctor lied and said the owner has leukimia so he wouldn't have to go to prison for money laundering, and now he always has new bmw's/ lexus.

yeah those things are pretty fast, i would think a 760 could easily take a old S4 tho. 760Li 0-60=5.1 and it could probably pull harder at speed cuz of the V12

the 0-60 is more like 5.4 i thought? im pushin 325hp and some odd torque, about 340lb-ft of it

whatever, my ///Mx6 could take that. i got 130 torque, but i have 3 pedals, which makes me faster by default.
i haven't seen a 760 yet, but i love those doulbe 5 spoke wheels they come with :

car and driver got 5.1 in their last issue with the 760 vs the S600. the friggin bi-turbo V12 Benz did 4.3
