Raced A 60+ Hp Car

so my car has 168 hp... and the accord has 240...

i don't understand why at 110mph i passed him!!!...

its probably because some kind of RPM torque range.. like hondas are usually torqued at a reallly high RPM.. like the max horsepower is at like 7000 RPM.. while in BMW's its like 5500.. but this one might have been torqued at really low RPMs.. who knows, but i think 0-60 he would have beat u

BMW's , like most euro cars have long legs. the transmisions are set up wider so we have more power, at higher speeds, becuase of where the curve is, and the final ratio is higher

thats bull, my moms 98 accord v6 feels just fine at highspeeds. at 200kms its still pretty smooth. (mind you it has the upgraded kit so i dunno if that includes stiffer suspension)
obvioulsy you cant corner like a bimmer, but normal highway driving newer accords are just fine.
