whats the fastest you've been in your Bm, and what is it?
mines a 95 328i (euro) 155mph just before the limiter kicks in.........
damn...wha would be ur max if it didnt have the limiter
i'll let you know when its chipped.
trust me i will find out.
My '96 328i I hit about 145mph
In my M3 ive reached a speedometer reading of 179mph, which with speedo inaccuracy is in the low 170s.....with my dads new 911TT on the way i plan to explore the top speed of 190mph.....my m3 has a theoritical top speed of 201mph (gear limited to 201) so after ess comes out with their 420hp and 550hp s/c....we'll see
is that a real picture or are you doing the clock diagnostic, where the clocks needles move all the way over....... normally you can still read your mileage on the clock even when a flash is used.....
if its real then hats off to you......... B)
if it its the diagnostic....... then shame on you.
fatty that cant be real, especially with his "european racing suspension" how the hell you could keep a camera THAT still at 162 on a highway that most likely isnt perfectly smooth....even a guy i know that lives down here that has a yellow m3 couldnt get a clear picture of him doing 153mph....

BradD, with his turbo charged m3 maxed his e36 out and said e36s are gear limited to 160mph even with all the power you can produce....
quote from him:
"Someone asked me if there was life above 160mph, I replied, only if you have a 6th gear"
i need to find that extra 5 mph then
well i know he had a e36 m3 turbo because him and ray (blue 540, 19" rims, forget his username)...were doing the burnouts the one day, i got it on video...
notice the odometer... yea 888,888 miles. thats not suspicous at all...
