Ok so here is a nice long story of how I got owned by a cop, but later ended up owning him. Yea yea yea…this doesn’t take place in a BMW, but since I normally drive one, I figured this is a good spot to post.
So I take my dads car to work (Benz SL55 AMG) and I am driving on the freeway, as the drawing crudely shows. The distances aren’t exactly to scale, but bear with me. So I am in the 2nd lane from the right and I'm cruising along. All of a sudden this faggot in a maroon suburban cuts me off from the right lane. That’s step 1 on the picture. I'm like WTF, move bitch! So I move one lane over to cut him off, but he speeds up and gets in front of me again. Now we are at step 2. I am seriously pissed at this time, and I realize I am going to miss my exit for work if I don’t move right fucking now. So I pull into the HOV/Carpool lane (step 3) and cut off the entire freeway basically to get all the way to my exit. I didn’t do it too dangerously; I stopped for a second in each lane just for prudence’s sake. Luckily there weren’t any other cars in my general area of cutting across. I am maybe going 70-75 and speed limit is 60. So I make the exit and I am cruising along and then faggot boy in the suburban cuts across the takes the exit with me (step 4). I'm like OK maybe he wanted to exit too. All of a sudden, lights and sirens invade my world, and I am like OH FUCK. Then it goes through my mind that the “sneakies” (AKA Washington State patrol unmarked) drive Maroon suburbans (my neighbor is a WSP and he has one). So I pull over to the right and try to prepare a lameass explanation.
He comes out of his car and up to me and just instantly starts yelling at me (literally yelling) “What were you thinking driving like that? Do you have no lessons in responsibility? It is people like YOU that cause road rage accidents. I would sure hate to see something happen to this nice car of yours (delivered in a snotty tone).” I launch into an explanation of I'm sorry, I was going to miss my exit and you were cutting me off and not letting me go. His response “Why the hell are you trying to get ahead of somebody and then take the exit? If you are behind, stay there!” I'm like I'm sorry sir this is my first offense (I have never been ticketed/pulled over). He says “I can see why this is your first offense, this is way too much power for a kid your age” (again in that condescending tone)
Then he is like “OK enough of this idle chat, give me your license registration and insurance, I am writing you up for reckless driving in the 2nd degree. For those who aren’t in WA, that’s a pretty bad ticket, insurance will fucking rape you and the fine was close to $2700 if I had the ticket (keep reading). So I'm like ok and he writes me a ticket and I leave on my merry way, but not without giving a loud REV on the way out just to piss off the cop, cause whats done is done.
After I get court info and all that other good crap, I go to my dad’s lawyer and we work out shit. Boring details…requested the videotape from the cop’s dashboard cam. At court, the officer never showed up, but the ticket still stays. The judge reviews the tape and she says “I can't believe the officer wrote you up for reckless driving, that is nowhere close to what I would even consider reckless. If anything, speeding at most. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but I cannot let this ticket stay as is. You can consider it dismissed. Sometimes our officers get a little too happy with the nicer cars such as yours”
I was like YES! FUCK YOU OFFICER FAGGOT. So that was taken care of and then I got the CD with the videotape of dashboard cam in the mail a few days later and I watched myself do it all over again. It was great. I talked to my neighbor the cop and he knows the guy that got me, according to him, the other cop was extremely pissed that I was able to get off the hook
So that’s the long ass story of the year for me. Anybody else have similar luck with getting off the hook from reckless?
Good that there is a happy ending. Most cops are good, but many abuse their power. The sad part is that if you didn't have the $$$ to get a lawyer, then you'd be stuck with that tickey.
Mixalot- I would post the video, but theres a few reasons why I cant
a- WSP made me sign a contract (basically a non disclosure agreement) that i will not broadcast or show the video in any form besides my house, dont ask me why. I work with NDA's all the time from my work (Microsoft) and the penalties for violating them are just a royal pain in the ass
b- You need some sort of special (read:WSP made) player to watch it, and its not just there to download and its a large install file
c- the video is rather large, upwards of 70mb.
White330ci- You know how it goes, I just HAD to get in front of him cause he was being an asshole, we all do something stupid when people piss us off. And besides, cant let the 493hp just sit there doing nothing . He wasnt blocking me from exiting, but the fact that he got ahead of me twice, even after I changed lanes was the factor in me getting ahead of him.
BTW...i Forgot to mention, his windows were tinted like total black, and he was a member of the new Road Rage units which do this shit on purpose to stop road rage, by basically causing it. I am perty sure thats not legal, but like mixalot said, cops abuse their power.
load the video on your computer...its still technically in "YOUR" house, just we are watching the video from "YOUR" house from our houses/works...(I know, its a very poor arguement )
good shit on the ownage dude...fuck the man !
Aren't the licesnce plates in your area conformed for municple government and state governments? I know in Jersey they have either SG or MG somewhere on the plates with the numbers (first letters or last letters)...I always pay attention to that...

u should find the address of that cop. go infront of his house and start doing donuts, that would be fun wouldnt it? technically hed be off duty so he wouldnt be able to do jack squat
oh yeah and tell him that u are capable of doing donuts because u have "too much power for a young kid"
Skaw....I am in enough shit as it is (other stuff) I dont want the WSP coming up on my ass and arresting me for this shit, or even suing me, or just even remembering that I exist. I best stay off their minds for now...

they are. Normally they say XMT diagonally before the plate numbers and there are less numbers. Some of the sneakies dont do that and they have regular format plates, minus the tags. BUT they ALWAYS end in WSP cause the format in WA is ###-XXX where ### is 3 numbers and XXX is 3 letters, WSP is always a cop. I normally always watch out for those, there is nothing that i do more than look out for cops, but that day i was pissed at the (at that time unknown) cop, and forgot to pay attention

Yea I dont think donuts in THAT car would be a good idea...Id place the average cost per donut at about $900 in terms of fucking up done to the car
