My friend has a brand new 325i with the sport package and a 5spd. So, we pull up to a stop light and he and I look at each other, and then get ready. We both step on it, and we're neck and neck. I have an '88 325is 5spd with a whole lot of miles on it (220k+). I still kept up with him. I'm just so proud that my car can still run with the new ones. An oldie but goodie.

well, the engines havent been changed too drastically, with the exception of a few more hp and torque numbers. If it aint broke, why fix it? I prefer the black sheep bmw engines, that arent around nemore, like athe 6+535, 530 8 cly., and the 850. MMMM
