Ok, so this is fucking ridiculous. For the second time in six months I've been nearly killed by a drunk driver... what are the chances.
I will say one thing though; the girl who hit me this time was in a civic and she hit me at around 50mph and I was at a dead stop... her car was completely totaled my E46 325 Ci took the blow with what looks like minor damage all things considered. God, Everyone in my family is going out this weekend to buy BMW's needless to say. These cars are freakin champs. My air bags were smart enough to not even deploy. Just anouther testament to how well these cars are built.
The comical thing is that this bitch was so drunk that she got out of her car and started to walk away... she was so drunk she started to walk into traffic and almost got hit. Thank god the cops showed up to get her.
I think I'm going to trade my car in though, who knows what the accident did internally. Any opinions on this? I'm worried the frame will be permenantly f-ed so I kinda want to get a new one now. Is this a bit extreame???
On the positive I'm going to get four new tires at least and maybey the value of two of my rims... maybey new rims time??? LOL

that is pretty intense, that girl needs to die. I feel you on wanting to trade your car in on another one that hasn't been damaged. after the crash it just won't feel the same ever again. good thing that you are alright, getting hit from another car at 50 miles per hour is pretty intense.

Humm, just take your car to the most expensive body shop in town, obviously it was her fault, get them to give you an estimate on the damage, and if it's over 75% of the price of the car, they'll total it...
