An e36 318 will do it in 8.9
325i will do it 7.7 (non-convertible, non-sport)
325is 7.2
An an e36 m3... actually is quicker than you think.
m3 coupe will do it in 6.2 (U.S.)
The same sedan in 5.5 (U.S.)
And the vaunted US m3 lightweight e36 does it in a whopping 5.3.
Courtesy of the Super Coupe Club of Iowa, thanks to them for the compilation of reports. The most accurate times that I've yet seen. Well, according to firsthand accounts and technicality. I could be wrong yah.
It has the same engine has the Lightning. Only difference is the Harley has a larger blower pulley so it doesn't boost as high. They run mid 14s stock in the 1/4.

Yeah, watch out for some of those pickups - deceptively fast.
So, too, I hear are some of the full-size trucks/SUVs. I have yet to witness this, though (And I'm not talking Cayenne S or something, I mean Denali and stuff).
pickups can be way fast. a month or so ago I got to drive the Ram SRT-10 the "viper truck." holy crap. it's surreal going 140 around Atlanta Motor Speedway in a huge car like that.

Yeah, that SRT can be sick... but SRT is like Dodge's ///M... even an ///MX (although it shouldn't ever exist) would be sick fast - here I reference the Alpina X5...
I think some people give some trucks and SUV's too much credit. Read an article in Performance BMW a week ago about supercharging E46 M3's....the guy writing started off by telling how his stock E46 cabrio M3 got beat by a Dodge Durango V8. I decided I'd see how ludicrous that story really was and tried racing a V8 Explorer (I know, not a Durango, but still a V8 SUv so I figured it can't be far off) in my 90 Accord LX (4 cylinder, single cam, partially rebuilt with 135 hp) and beat the guy by about the entire front end of my car. I guess this could just be a case of that guy sucking at driving (the explorer), but I've also taken a hicked out Chevy Tahoe and a GMC Envoy (that guy was REALLY trying to race...had to red line the car just about, but I beat him...think he was trying to show off for his girlfriend or somethin).

wtf?? I have a 2000 Durango V8, and i bet a 318 would have no problem. Thing weighs like 5,000 lbs! Its a tank, but my buddy has an Audi 100CS and he easily beat me in the Durango. Im hoping we replace it with an X5 soon...
its still a piece of shit live axle american truck tell him to take a turn in that thing at that speed then youll see who dominates
Is this serious?
