I was coming home from a night of hanging out at a friends garage painting my front bumper and reiger lip. its a completly clear road, i speed up to about 50mph in a 30, and blow through a stop sign (not a car in sight), give it some gas and get a huge drift going in the corner, it was perfect, my best yet. and then accelrate out of it and down the street, (55mph in a 30), and i see headlights coming up behind me really fast, keeping in mind there had been NO cars in sight before. i knew instantly what it was, he pulls up behind me and throws on his lights and bleeps his siren a couple of times. takes me lisence and registration, i tell him i'm on my way home, quote, "you won't make it home ifyou drive like that, sit tight" he goes back to his car, and leaves me sitting there for like 20 minutes. comes back up to the window. and says, he could book me for speeding, and wreckless driving, but i'm gunna give you a break and sight you for going through the stop sign. don't do it again. I was SO LUCKY. and as i was sitting there waiting, my friend edd drove by in his civic si, and sees that its me, and pulls a u turn and goes back to robs garage where everyone is and tells them, so my cell rings 5 times while i'm sitting with the patroll car behind me. god, it was intense, that'll teach me to be so jihad at night, fucking cop didn't have his radar on, my detector didn't go off.
We need more cool cops. If those redneck cops here pulled me over for something like that they would probably write me a ticket for reckless, careless driving, speeding, loss of traction etc...

Ha, if loss of traction was illegal, you wouldn't see many civic drivers on the roads... :P

lol thats how cops are here too, torque. But they wouldve sprinkled some crack on me then beat me senseless, then added on evading arrest.... stupid cops

seriously dont drift unless your in a closed course.... why even risk it?
Damm you got lucky especially for being in the Bay Area. Btw your drivers rear looks a bit toe'd in. Is that from drifting or is that rim photoshop in?

I hate it when that happens!
But I've been lucky and haven't gotten pulled over yet....but I've noticed numerous times where a cop rolls past me...without the radar on...
But a couple other times.....cops/troopers will pass me in the same direction...and see that I have a radar detector....and PURPOSELY turn on their radar just to try and annoy me....good thing escort has a mute button...hehe
technically even if you got a ticket it would be void, cops in California are required by law to be visible at all times, so he would have had to have his parking lights on.
