Start off street racing is bad!........okay then...comming home from work and need to exit ramp sord of cutt off (SORRY) this 4door jetta don't know if it was the 1.8T or not etc. Well I as soon as I cutt him off I went to next lane to slow down. they pass me like I was parked and continued to swerve thru traffic way ahead of me etc. They spead up everytime they see me near. Finally RED Light....I was feelin it....start off normally till about 40mph or so he downshifted the jetta starts to pull half car ahead...I drove normally(4th gear) but continued to give gas and then some...pulling slowly keep up...what the heck I down shifted to 3rd.....by 5500k rpm I was like 5 car lengths ahead...we slowed down and he backed off....eheheheh then another red light...I rolled down my window and apologize for cuttin them off...they were kool....been I awhile since I did anything like this just got kinda excited....heheheh

IS are pretty fast. I had an and that was pretty peppy. And if it was only a 1.8 you'd be able to swallow him. You got a pretty nice ride there dude. Anything is better than my 4 door 318i

Thanks...man! still want more power. Currently kissin the wifes behind to allow me to purchase a AA supercharger....funny me kissin ass when I'm the only one working hard for it..heheheheeheh

my 89 325iS beat a jetta 1.8T going straight, I felt proud, even though I dont like straight races, I think it proves nothing, honestly, but still funs tuff, I fucked em up, it was auto though, what I hate about autos is that there 1st gear is really long, so they take 1st till like 40 mph, and when I shift from 1st to 2cnd I drop back a little, and that just discourages me even though I know I am gonna win. Fun stuff though.
