I just got my car, 1998 M3, and on the first day of drivin it to school all the kids are talkin about it and how it's not gonna be that fast. One of the kids in the school has a GTP and thinks he's pretty hot shit with it. So he cocks off and says his GTP will kick the shit outa my German pile. Now this was the first time i'd ever driven my car, and it's the first time i've ever driven a manual car. I live on a farm so i have a lil experience with manuals, but this is pretty much my first time. So after school we get a crowd of 20 or so people and we set up a mile and a half stretch to race on. Right from the start i had him. I powered thru 1st and 2nd and he couldn't touch me. I had atleast 4 car lenghts on him when he hit his speed limiter and that's all she wrote. I get alot more respect from the kids in the school now and they know not to fuck with the BMW.
Front wheel drive, automatic, superchraged 6, and all it pushes is a measly 240 hp.(yes, ive seen an owners manual because i have the same exact cocky shit kid at my school) I couldnt be happier for you, very nice kill. you guys must be the most arrogant and ignorant forum and drivers i met next to ricers. i never raced a old m3 but i killed plenty 3series and 5series along with old 740s in my "american POS". when u beat them from a red light they dont even stop next to u cause they too ashamed that they got beat by what they think is a "granny car", well my "granny car" is sooooooo much more comfy and better looking inside and out that it's not even funny and guess what you probably paid more for your older 325 with more miles on it . i wouldn't be caught dead in a bmw if it were up to me but fate will tell .
