So i went to do a practice run on Decker with the new saab because i just passed breakin miles. SO i did it and it was meh, lots of dirt everywhere because of the storm, so i didnt push it too hard. and random pebble patches.
So i leave decker and go get gas, then say "fuck it im going home" and go to make a left turn when a red ducatti passes me the other way doing a good 140mph, and behind it was a Silvia just keeping up with it.

So i go "OH SHIT IM GOING BACK TO DECKER" and i start to follow them, the biker pulled over cuz he was going slow on turns, but holy shit, that silvia(although looked so incredibly shitty), FUCKING FLEW!

HE had so much control and was practically drifting each turn, not just fishtailing the exit, but full on almost drifing the turn. I was pushing the car to its absolute max(for the first time driving, im sure i could have pushed it harder, it was just my first time trying to se ehow it did), we ended up running through all of decker and to mullholland point, and we pulled over, had a little chat.

apparently..it wasnt stock , he had some springs, shocks, struts, and sways, thing was hooked up suspension wise, but was stock engine wise.

He was entering turns at speeds that i myself was hesitant on(in the saab, but ive done things that fast in the BMW before, its just hard to try and push a car you just started driving(in the canyons that is)).

We were going so incredibly fast, i was suprised this saab was capable..and it was.
There was one turn where on this mildy straight section we were both doing 115, we came to enter, and started braking so hard, i could tell he had no abs, and it would crazy how fast he was slowing down(as same with me), and we entered and took the turn at about 60...very fast..

then we pulled over and talked(like i was saying before), and he said that on some of the hair pin turns that we were going fast on, that my inside front tire was getting off the ground...how tight is that..hahah

it was really awesome, finally meeting someone who can push me farther then normal(atleast in this car). Not to try and be big-headed or cocky, but i think i would have beat him in the BMW, but witht he saab, id say it was a pretty damn close tie, i was on his tail the whole time, and he never pulled away, though i did have some struggling points, i managed to keep up with him no problem.

he said "holy crap, that is the fastest i have ever driven in these canyons, i passed my house about 4 miles back" "so you live back here" "i guess..."

so thats why...he lives in those canyons..literally.

i know its long, have fun.

nicely done. All of my friends drive shitty ass trucks and don't exactly enjoy the "canyons" type of driving. Here we have some amazing roads you cna take, but due to Washington winter weather, the roads are always slick and dirty so i dont feel as safe as teh summer, greatly reducing my chances to drive like an asshole...

Sounds amazing. I wish we had canyons here.

Though I'd always be afraid of cops. =/ Damn po-po's, ruining all my fun.
